Course Overview


This course is designed for anyone who is either working as a Door Supervisor or wishes to become a Door Supervisor, Licensees and those working in retail where alcohol is sold.  Also suitable for candidates wishing to pursue a career in static or patrol guarding.

Part 1, the Basic Job Training programme is a three day course, followed by Part 2, a one day Conflict Management course.

 

The syllabus is laid down by SITO/SIA and is broken down into the following Modules. At the end of the course, there is a multi-choice examination paper which is made up of questions from each of the modules.

  • Conflict: defusing, high risk, resolving, learning from
  • Reporting and recording
  • Conflict management flow chart

The cost of this course is £235.00 all inclusive.
